We were so happy to discover this fantastic service. At first we just loved the convenience of having someone come to us, but what became increasingly more important was our pet was groomed in half the time and never was caged during the process. Derek was so kind to our aging dog and came to the door and carried him out to the van because he had some soreness. At 15 years old our Joey was having a hard time standing and Derek made sure to let him lie down whenever he could. We wished we had used this service from the day we brought Joey home as a puppy. Before Derek, we used a place where Joey bolted to get away. There was none of that stress ever evident with Glamour Pets. Always reliable, and does a great job. Another neighbour also started using the service. It is great.
